The 70,147-rentable-square-foot project repurposed a former office building originally completed in 1972, transforming it into a modern, fully climate-controlled storage facility. The two-building, two-story property offers 530 climate-controlled units ranging from 38 to 250 square feet and includes a range of amenities designed for convenience and security, such as video surveillance, keypad access, security lighting and fencing, moving and packing supplies, and on-site dolly and flatbed carts.
