The adaptive reuse project delivers 801 all–climate-controlled units with features including 24-hour video surveillance and electronic building access. This project expanded Go Store It’s presence in the Savannah–Hilton Head market and reflects Benco Construction’s ability to thoughtfully repurpose existing structures into efficient, high-performing storage facilities designed for long-term use.
